A method is developed to fabricate tumor microenvironment (TME) stimuli-responsive nanoplatform for fluorescence (FL) imaging and synergistic cancer therapy via assembling photosensitizer (chlorine e6, Ce6) modified carbon dots (CDs-Ce6) and Cu2+. The as-obtained nanoassemblies (named Cu/CC nanoparticles, NPs) exhibit quenched FL and photosensitization due to the aggregation of CDs-Ce6. Their FL imaging and photodynamic therapy (PDT) functions are recovered efficiently once they entering tumor sites by the stimulation of TME. Introducing of Cu2+ not only provides extra chemodynamic therapy (CDT) function through reaction with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), but also depletes GSH in tumors by a redox reaction, thus amplifying the intracellular oxidative stress and enhancing the efficacy of reactive oxygen species (ROS) based therapy. Cu/CC NPs can act as a FL imaging guided trimodal synergistic cancer treatment agent by photothermal therapy (PTT), PDT, and thermally amplified CDT.  相似文献

In this study, we reported the inhibition profiles of 4′-acylpyrrole–5-fluoroindolin-2-one 3 with a C-3′ side chain for VEGFR2, PDGFR-β, and FGFR-1 protein kinases. The pyrrole-fused cyclohexanone moiety provided 3 with the best potency to inhibit the three kinases, and the C-3′ side chains contributed to the different inhibition profiles of 3 . Compound 3b with a C-3′ 2-carboxylethyl side chain showed good potency for the three kinase (IC50: 25–260 nM), and compound 3g with a N,N-dialkyl-2-carbamoylethyl side chain was more active for VEGFR2 (IC50: 59 nM) and PDGFR-β (IC50: 16 nM) than FGFR-1 (IC50: 1.7 μM). The C-3′ 3-(dialkylamino)propyl side chain accomplished 3h – j as selective PDGFR-β inhibitors (IC50: 7.8–13 nM). Compound 3b was further investigated and found potent to inhibit VEGF- and FGF-dependent cell proliferation with moderate in vivo anticancer activity. Results from docking simulations revealed that the interactions of 3b with VEGFR2 and FGFR-1 which could account for the different inhibition profiles of 3 .  相似文献

采用微波法制备了Co_2Si@C催化剂并对其在加氢脱硫反应中的催化性能进行了研究.通过XRD、 XPS、 TEM和N_2-物理吸附表征分析Co_2Si@C催化剂的组成和结构. Co_2Si@C催化剂具有一致的介孔结构,高钴含量(21%)、高比表面积(116.6 m~2·g~(-1))和均匀分布的纳米粒子.由于硅原子对钴原子结构和参数的修饰、纳米粒子效应和高金属含量等因素, Co_2Si@C催化剂在温和的反应条件下(340℃和3.0 MPa)具有良好的加氢脱硫活性和对直接脱硫(DDS)反应途径的高选择性,产物联苯的选择性超过了60%.  相似文献

Quaternary ammonium salts were synthesized in moderate to good yields through double oxidative C?H bond activation on azobenzenes. The mechanism of the highly regioselective reaction of 2‐azobiaryls with alkenes to give orange‐red‐fluorescent cinnolino[2,3‐f]phenanthridin‐9‐ium salts and 15H‐cinnolino[2,3‐f]phenanthridin‐9‐ium‐10‐ide is proposed to involve ortho C?H olefination of the 2‐azobiaryl compound with the alkene, intramolecular aza‐Michael addition, concerted metalation–deprotonation (CMD), reductive elimination, and oxidation.  相似文献

Selenization of Fe2O3 with NaHSe led to Se/Fe3O4. The unexpected generation of Fe3O4 attributed to the reduction conditions of the reaction, and the resulted magnetic features of the material facilitated its separation in practical applications. Owning to the synergistic effect of Se with Fe, the material was especially active to catalyze the oxidative C=C scission using O2 as mild oxidant. The technique has been successfully applied in polyene degradation project, which is of profound practical values for the treatment of the polyene pigment pollution and may be applied in the food and pharmaceutical industry.  相似文献

Irradiation of 3-(4-substituted styryl)furans in basic media yielded a series of 7-substituted-2-methylnaphthalenes, including methoxy, isopropyl, ethyl, methyl, fluoro, and cyano substituents. This base-induced photorearrangement involves cis-trans photoisomerization, 6e photocyclization, base-induced elimination, and a Norrish Type I photoreaction and is a novel method to synthesize unsymmetrical 2,7-disubstituted naphthalenes.  相似文献

Divergence-free wavelets are successfully applied to numerical solutions of Navier-Stokes equation and to analysis of incompressible flows. They closely depend on a pair of one-dimensional wavelets with some differential relations. In this paper, we point out some restrictions of those wavelets and study scaling functions with the differential relation; Wavelets and their duals are discussed; In addition to the differential relation, we are particularly interested in a class of examples with the interpolatory property; It turns out there is a connection between our examples and Micchelli’s work.  相似文献

Bulk and grain boundary diffusion of Fe into Ni films has been studied under UHV in the temperature range of ?150 to 500°C using AES and sputter profiling methods. The concentration profiles at the interface are corrected for the various broadening and damage effects inherent in ion bombardment. Grain boundary diffusion coefficients are derived on the basis of the Whipple model. The measured activation energies are 46 kcalmole for bulk diffusion and 34 kcalmole for grain boundary diffusion. An additional migration phenomenon not previously resolved is observed for very thin films annealed at relatively low temperatures (150–250°C). A possible mechanism involved in this initial “interface healing” is discussed.  相似文献

Electromagnetically induced transparency is an effect observed in atomic systems, originating from quantum interference, in which electromagnetic transitions to and from a certain quantum state become suppressed. This dark state is also characterized by a quantum phase, relative to other states, which theoretically should stop evolving, but remain phase coherent, during transparency. We test this theoretical prediction using techniques developed for liquid-state nuclear magnetic resonance quantum computation, applied to a spin-7/2 nuclear spin system. A sequence of quantum operations is applied to create the dark state, and during transparency its phase evolution is measured relative to a reference state using Ramsey interferometry. Experimental measurements of the fringe visibility are in excellent agreement with theoretical expectations, taking into account measured decoherence rates.  相似文献
